our home.

in february 2012 we started our first house adventure {ok, if you want to get technical, the journey started way before then... our purchasing process was not a smooth one}. it's a work in progress and that's how we like it. if we had bought an already perfect house, it wouldn't have been perfect for us. this way we get to work with a house that is pretty great as it is, but fix/change things here and there to make it our perfect little home. i've named our work-in-progress house the highland project, feel free to read all about it as we try to become diy-ers.
